Our products fall into the following categories:

• Refurbished appliances (microwaves, laptops, espresso machines): Units that have been tested, repaired where necessary, and cleaned. May show minor cosmetic wear consistent with prior use. Each unit is individually tested for functionality before dispatch.
• New products (air fryers, food storage, lunch boxes): Brand new, unused items in original manufacturer packaging.
• Spare parts (microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine parts): May be new, genuine, or aftermarket parts as specified in each product listing.

Product condition is clearly stated in each listing. Product photographs are of the exact unit you will receive where indicated, or representative of the model where otherwise stated.

3. Pricing and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or revise prices without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product and will issue a full refund.

7. Order Cancellation

• Customer-initiated cancellations: Contact us immediately at [email protected]. Cancellations made before dispatch will incur a 15% cancellation fee, with the balance refunded to your original payment method. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
• Cancellation by us: We may cancel an order before dispatch due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund.
• Special order parts: Cannot be cancelled once ordered from the supplier.

8. Spare Parts – Specific Terms

• Spare parts must be confirmed correct for your model before ordering. We are not liable for incorrect part selection.
• Electrical components and circuit boards cannot be returned once packaging has been opened, except for confirmed warranty claims.
