Shipping

  • We ship to Australia

  • Orders processed within 1–2 business days (unless specified otherwise)

  • Delivery times vary by location (for example, 3–7 business days domestically)

  • Shipping fees depend on carrier, weight, size, distance

  • You receive tracking information when your order ships

  • You are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local charges


Returns & Refunds

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact

  • We may require photo evidence of damage or defect

Exchange

  • Exchanges allowed if item is same type, different size/color

  • Customer pays any price difference or return shipping, if applicable


Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance, final sale, downloadable goods, gift cards, etc.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
